“Another nice stay at the Village Blackpool. Warm welcome by the young lady on reception. Nice comfortable room . No drinking glass in the bathroom !!!!!!. Leisure needs a little freshen up Sauna glass door hadn't been cleaned for some time by the looks of it and was the topic of conversation by the locals. Grass needed cut around the outdoor pool or was it no mow May !!!!!. Bar food area was busy. I had booked a table but no table reserved but staff managed to sort one out beside a large party……

“Had an enjoyable stay. Refurbished rooms are very nice and ours had patio type doors Older areas are looking tired but that will probably be temporary until complete refurb is done. Would stay again. ”

“We loved Hy Hotel Lytham, particuarly the staff and especially Maxine, who could not be any more helpful. Top marks for staff, cleanliness, location and welcoming atmosphere. Cannot wait to return! Steam room and jacuzzi were a little cold but that was just a minor negative. Hope to be back soon. ”

“The St Ives is a really family friendly hotel. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. The kids entertainment was very good. If I had one critique it would be that the £9 charge for a kids meal is quite expensive for a two year old. Maybe under 5’s should eat for less? It didn’t spoil our break though. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel. ”

“Another amazing stay at The Spa Hotel, Ribby Hall. This was our third and probably best visit of all. The spa wasn’t overly busy, and the rain stayed away long enough to really enjoy the outdoor jacuzzis and enjoy a nice cold beer. We stayed on the Aqua Thermal Journey overnight stay with dinner allowance. The food was delicious as you’d expect from a high standard hotel. Breakfast was extremely busy as many people wanted to use their final hour back in the spa the following morning before……

“We have stayed many times at this hotel and it has always been pleasant, very clean and cannot fault the staff, apart from one young man serving on the bar on Saturday night whom I asked for a Long Island ice tea, he said no the hot drinks machine is broke ? I said it’s a cocktail? And he replied abruptly I know but we’re not doing them ?apart from that it was lovely. ”

“Stayed 4 nights bed very comfy, staff really friendly, could have been a touch cleaner ( attention to detail) dust on kettle unit, old radiator in bathroom dust in-between vanes. Old property with no lift but would stay again no problem, grounds amazing. ”
