“The toilet seat was way too low to the floor. It was not easy for an older couple to manage. No grab bar was on the wall to assist a person to raise themselves up off the toilet seat. Because of that, we'll never stay at this hotel or any others run by this company again.”

“We arrived at the sleep in, tired and grumpy after a hard day of travel. We had not intended to stay at the Sleep Inn, but on arriving in town, we discovered our initial rental was uninhabitable and needed a plan B! The moment we walked in the the Sleep Inn and Suites we were greeted, welcomed, given a fabulous room, offered free cold drinks and made to feel right at home. Our stay could not have been better! The room was spacious and comfortable, every staff member we met was professional and……

“For an older property, it was very clean. The staff was very nice. Although it was a non-refundable property, we had no choice of going. we have a wedding that got canceled. It was a downer that we could not get refunded. ”
