This hotel was a problems from the day we checked in. The elevator was broken the first day we check in. I'm ok with taking the stars and we did. Along with the elevator the only ice machine that worked was by the front desk. That night we had a medical emergency and needed to go to the ER. Because we didn't have the elevator the ambulance had to be called. On the way to the ER we learned that elevator did work it needed a key to turn it on. The graveyard front desk boy did help us get back to the room after the ER visit. Next we decided to go swimming the next day. We got our kids ready to find out the pool suddenly was empty and "under maintenance". We were given no warning about the pool being closed. Even the front desk person didn't know this was happening. The next day the pool was still empty with no information given about when it would be open. By day 3 we talked to the manger Shane. He just gave us the costumer service speech and didn't care helping us. Because we booked through Expedia he said he couldn't help us. But he did offer a free sneak for our kids. I told him that it would have been nice for a heads up about the pool. He told me they did sent out i formation and must of missed us. We did found out there was a open house at the hotel and they this was why they were cleaning the pool. I will never stay here again!! And along with the other people that demanded refunds at the front desk because of how bad their say was!!! This hotel was terrible!
