“The house was perfect for our party of 16 people. We brought air mattresses to be on the safe side but did not need them. There was a bed for every body. 8 adults 8 kids. Plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen, dinning and living room configuration was the best. Lots of space to all be together. The house was immaculate and there are plenty of linens. We had a great get away.”

“We had a nice relaxing stay. Cabin was very clean, nicely maintained, warm, cozy and perfect. Dave stopped by to greet us and provided insights and tips to local attractions. Location was close to several trails, hikes and waterfalls. We spent quality, peaceful time watching the river in the backyard. The only drawback I can think of is if you need internet access for work or study, plan accordingly as internet is spotty. We couldn’t not have asked for better relaxing getaway.”

“We had a great time with 20 of us for a 40th bday. The house has plenty of space for every one. Beds were comfy and the area was quiet and safe. Close by is a hiking trail by the river we enjoyed. Would book again!”

“Excellent home for a group! A big space with bonus common area downstairs. Well maintained and very well stocked kitchen! The Loon Mountain pool, locker rooms, and facilities are a bit dated but absolutely do the job. Highly recommend!”

“For those looking to do some skiing at Loon Mountain, you cannot beat this house - it is situated just 4 minutes from the base! The home itself has plenty of sleeping and lounging areas, with a big living room and kitchen for our whole group to hang out. It has everything you're looking for in a ski weekend. Patrick is a fantastic host who answered all our questions in a very timely fashion. We even had a small issue with a light that Patrick fixed almost immediately. Couldn't recommend this……

“We spent a relaxing three nights at the treehouse! It snowed while we there which just added to the beauty of the house itself. I appreciated the solid construction and the absolutely beautiful woodwork! Lots of useful and skillfully done details….the cupboards that pull out from the wall, the oversized shower, the beautiful deck! Its proximity to downtown Lincoln/Woodstock was great! Getting to snowshoe spots in the Whites was easy. Kathy responded quickly to questions and gave clear……

“Family ski trip to Loon. This place was super spacious in the family areas- we hosted dinner for us and two other families one of the nights. Very clean and updated. Comfy beds. Nice that they allow pets!”

“Close to 3+ ski areas, snow in November, lion and Bretton woods were open! Franconia notch hiking trails were open too”
