“i really enjoyed staying here, the entire hotel was absolutely beautiful from the moment you step in the lobby. The staff played a big part of my stay everyone is so sweet and all smiles. i had a problem with my debit card and they went out their way to help me find a resolution and enjoy my stay for that i am grateful. its close to almost everything nothing was more than 30 mins out which was super convenient. i didnt like that the gift shop, room service and all the restaurants close at 11 so……

“After sitting on the plane on the tarmac for nearly three hours, our St Thomas - Miami American Airlines flight was canceled late last night. The majority of passengers on the full flight were scrambling to find accommodation and luckily we managed to get a booking at the Pink Palm Hotel in Charlotte Amalie’s historical district. At around 9:15PM we arrived drenched from the torrential rain, absolutely exhausted. Oh my goodness, what incredible service we received from the fabulous Team at the……

“10/10 experience, we were hesitant with a lot of negativity surrounding st Thomas online but gave it a shot. It was quiet and super relaxing. We are use to taking our three kids with us to Mexico so this was our first get away without them in years. The room was clean, well air conditioned, and even with the wall power issues the resort was able to generate power and keep things running perfectly. We will be back!”
