Comfortable for families!

We enjoyed our week-long stay here! The apartment is clean and well-laid-out for a family; we loved having a kitchen so we didn't need to eat out every meal. The location is great as it's relatively peaceful but close to the center of Linz. I only wish there were a bathtub for the kids and either a broom or vacuum to help tidy up during our stay! Otherwise there was everything we needed and we would definitely stay here again on a trip back to Linz.

Space enough apartment. Little bit old but well equiped. Sink in bathroom plugged. A lot of parking space around building. Few minutes walk to shops, restaurants and city center. Good communication with Highway. Perfect and completely non touch contact with reception.

First of all, when we arrived at the place, we didn't have a clue as to how which building or which floor or which room our room was in because apparently we were supposed to receive an email with a code that we put in at the entrance to receive our keys through a dial-in instrument. We did not receive that email, and when we called the place, they told us we were supposed to receive it, asked for my email again, and to this day we still haven't received it. Anyway they gave us the code over the phone and got our keys eventually. Our room was absolutely filthy, the floors were covered in thick dust, the pots, pans, dishes, forks and spoons were all dirty with whatever old food the previous people had eaten. Half of the light bulbs were either not working or missing. The sofa bed had stains on it, and when we folded it open we saw a lot of crumbs and dirt in the fold. The coffee machine doesn't work properly as well. It's a shame, because the apartment is nicely designed, but it was just filthy and at the price we are paying, it is beyond unacceptable. Will never come back here again, and recommend against.

This is apartment style accomodation and we found it to be spacious, particularly as we booked a 2 bedroom apartment for just the two of us as a single bedroom apartment was not available at the time. The location was good, being close to the river and not too far from the older part of Linz and the shopping district. Public transport to the train station was just around the corner. Prior to arrival communication with the property was efficient, friendly and clear. One piece of guidance that could be added to the information folder in the apartment is a reminder that the city tax needs need to be paid and can be paid on site before you leave. We received an invoice after departure but would have preferred to deal with it prior to leaving the city (and country). Overall we enjoyed our stay at etagerie and would be happy to stay there again.

Good property but the check in was very hard and challenging and the kitchen was not properly supplied ,shortage of pots, pans and utensils ,when of the bed room light bulbs were out and none of TV worked .

THE absolute Best !!!! :D !!! Sooo happy !!!!

This was THE absolute best Place we ever stayed at as a Family! Lukas gave us so much help and even kent us his Personal smoothie maker so we could make smoothies in the morning! How Sweet is that?! If I could give Etagerie Linz 100 stars out of 5, I would ! Stellar in every way!!!
