“The house was bigger than I thought, a Little funky but clean, I thought the beds were hard, no one else minded tho, missing a large pot, mixing bowls, lots of utensils but no vegetable peeler, furnished shampoo, hand soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, toilet paper, paper towels, Good location, Management quick to respond.”

“While there is nothing particularly wrong with the house, we did have lots of issues. The internet was terrible like many others have said. Some poor attempts were made to fix the issue but during our 3 weeks there, internet was out over half the time. And there was no true urgency to fix it until the day before our move out. Other issues included an unpleasant smell that greeted you when you entered the house, overly loud heating and air, and an unstable primary bed. Overall, it feels like the……

The location is great with easy access to downtown, SOMA, and midtown. It’s a very walkable neighborhood. The owners were very easy to communicate with and check in/check out was simple.
