“Stayed here for 5 nights during a conference. Very walkable area. Safe, clean, beautiful city! Didn't rent a car, but with Lyft and the train/bus, was able to get around just fine. Condo was clean with spacious rooms. Perfect weather/climate in early March. Really enjoyed it!”

“Everything was fine in the beginning until it rained which was when the ceiling began leaking water and puddles causing flooding from water seeping in from under the floor boards which caused a slip and fall injuring my ankle and ruining some personal items like shoes and clothing from water damage and loss of sleep and comfort and fear or safety hazards. I informed the hosts which they responded they would have management contact me but I never received any response or communications or……

“Sage Cottage was an excellent place to stay! We were in Southern CA for four days and it was centrally located to the places we visited on our vacation. The house was cute and clean. The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet. And the price was very affordable! I would definitely recommend this property.”

“This house is perfect for large groups. There was plenty of room and we had everything we needed. The pool was great to have an the back yard was enjoyable to spend time in. The neighborhood was nice and there was plenty of parking. The location made it easy to get to other parts of LA. Check in and check out were both very easy. The owner was communicative and clear. “Stayed here with family and an infant. Was a lovely subsection on their home that was closed off from the main house where I assume the owners live. In a very nice quiet neighborhood and was fairly close to many things in the foothills of LA county. Would stay here again if we every come back down to visit family again.”
