“The property was lovely and so nice to stay so close to the lake but also be a 2 minute walk removed from the lake walk. The hotel staff were very helpful and let us check out the evening before so we did not need to rush the morning of our departure to return the keys. ”

“Hervorragend saubere und geräumige Wohnung in einem historischen Haus, gut ausgestattet und mit stimmungsvollen Sitzgelegenheiten im Garten. Kostenfreie Parkgelegenheiten (öffentlich) befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, wir hatten zu keiner Tageszeit Probleme.Die Lage ist für Ausflüge entlang des Westufers nach Norden und Süden ideal. Die Vermieterin ist ausgesprochen freundlich und äußerst hilfsbereit - neben italienisch spricht sie sehr gut englisch, zur Not hilft auch ihre Schwester, die……

“Stayed in this apartment hotel for 2 nights in Apr23. We spoilt the hair dryer before we checked out, but could not inform the office as we checked out very early in the morning and the office was closed. The next day, I received an email informing us that they charged CHF500 to my credit card for spoiling the hair dryer and the TV. This is ridiculous. Their email mentioned that they gave us a perfectly working TV before we checked in. How can they accuse us for spoiling the TV a few minutes……

“Nous avons été excellemment reçues par Claudine et même avant notre arrivée les échanges étaient complets et rapides. La ville de sala Comacina est super bien placée par rapport aux différents points d’intérêts du Lac de Côme. Et en vous y baladant, dont par la Green way qui passe juste au-dessus de l’appartement, vous vous rendrez compte que c’est super village. Avoir accès au parking était extrêmement précieux (ne venait pas dans la région avec un 4*4 ou une berline sauf si vous voulez……

“Die Unterkunft von Roy und Daniela ist außergewöhnlich, modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es ist alles vorhanden was man für das tägliche Leben braucht. Die Kommunikation mit der Verwalterin Maria T. war problemlos. Sie reagierte sehr zeitnah auf alle Anfragen und gab sehr gute Tipps und Empfehlungen. Alles in allem waren alle Familienmitglieder vollauf zufrieden!”

“Unsere Zeit in dieser Ferienunterkunft war schlichtweg fantastisch! Die Terrasse bot einen unglaublichen Blick über den Lago Maggiore, der uns jeden Morgen aufs Neue verzauberte. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet, was wir benötigten, und dazu auch noch makellos sauber. Perfekte Lage. Ein großes Dankeschön gilt Maria, die uns mit ihrer herzlichen Art empfangen hat und uns mit wertvollen Tipps versorgt hat, die unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht haben. Diese Unterkunft ist definitiv……

“Super Aussicht, relativ klein. Die Matratze des Doppelbettes war total durchgelegen soll aber nächsten Monat ausgetauscht werden. Fliegengitter an den Fenstern wären schön es folgen ziemlich viele Mücken herum.”

“Keine Reklamation, von Beginn an super. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit Luca, vor der Reise, bei Ankunft und während dem Aufenthalt. Der Ausblick ist schon die Anmietung wert. Mit Hunden ideal.”

“Die Wohnung ist zwar klein, bietet aber alles, was man für ein paar Tage im Urlaub braucht! Da Premeno in den Bergen liegt, was es dort immer etwas kühler als direkt am See. Das hat den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht. Die Wohnung hat zwar keine Klimaanlage, aber sie war ursprünglich mal ein Gewölbekeller. Daher waren die Temperaturen auch bei 38° sehr erträglich! Marcello ist ein toller Vermieter, der immer einen Ratschlag hat und Fragen beantwortet. Zudem ist er sehr unkompliziert, weshalb……

“Although it was advertised as a second floor, we truly had to walk approximately four floors from the street up to our second floor. I will say the view was beautiful, however finding the location and finding the management office to obtain the keys Was very difficult Additionally, the sofa bed was in such bad shape. We felt crippled when we left.”

La maison était très propre et parfaitement équipée, le village est accessible à pied (restaurants, bar et plage en contrebas) et les explications pour y accéder étaient très claires.”

“Près du chateau, dans un village aux rues pavées , nous avons eu l impression d'être transportés quelques siècles en arrière. La maison nous a apporté beaucoup de confort et nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. A recommander vivement !”
