“Had the most excellent service friendly and professional staff. Rooms facilities excellent Meet and greet team beyond compare. Staff always asked you how you were as you walked around the hotel. ”

“The floor in the bedroom was uneven with a slope coming down from the window towards the bed. This combined with the lined carpet made my head sore and knock my balance off. I asked for a change of room and was told there were only twin rooms available which I did not want”

“Stayed one night at Duck Bay and it was very good. The room was nice but for a deluxe price it prob wasnt worth the extra money. The bed wasnt very comfortable and the pillows were very lumpy. We told reception on checkout and they said they would replace the pillows. Nice view of the loch but weather was too wet to use the small patio. Staff were very nice, food was lovely both at dinner and at breakfast. I would stay again but not bother upgrading my room.”

“The location is great with walk way along the river and it is closer to most shops for those that fancy home made food. Lots of parking space and it is secure. Notwithstanding, the Wifi was rubbish. Perhaps this was just something unusual because I told the staff, that I could not use the wifi due to low strength and constant disconnection.”

“A truly lovely experience. It's nice that a hotel chain takes staffing numbers and training so seriously. The staff were excellent, attentive, knowledgeable, friendly and polite. The food was also top notch and my fillet steak was one of the best I have ever had. Everything was very clean. The only slight annoyance was dogs in the restaurant. As I am allergic, I don't think that policy is particularly fair.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Brambles. The staff were attentive and we loved the cafe. The street parking was very easy. We knew beforehand there would be no lift, and it was really not an issue for us. We would definitely stay again. ”
