“The listing states that it sleeps 14 but I was told that there is an additional visitor fee after 6 people AFTER I had paid in full on a non- refundable listing. The two lower levels flooded and NO ONE responded to my calls or texts. If the owner/ manager didn’t like the comments or questions that I asked of her she would not respond. Overall the place looks good in pictures but I would never book a property with Sara B again. I’m still waiting for a refund that is owed to my and I am yet to……

“Had a few small issues that were qmcommunicated with the property manager on our arrival. They were not able to correct the issues before my stay ended but it was a minor inconvenience and the property manager communicated that they could not fix the problem quickly. To me, communication was handled so promptly that it didn't matter. Besides the lake, the views each morning, and the cleanliness of the overall property made a great week to come home each night after working in the area all day.……

“Eagle Ranch Estate is one of the best family vacation rentals we have ever stayed at. First, there was room for everyone for sleeping. That is so important for a big family (18 members). The two kitchens and outdoor cooking areas gave us plenty of room for fixing meals and eating together. There is ample room indoors for relaxing and outdoors there is space for relaxing, playing, walking around, looking at the animals (yes, beautiful birds, chickens, goats, and a tiny horse). “We ended up needing to come to town for our nephews graduation. This location was perfect for us and was within 10 minutes of everywhere we needed to be. The views were great and we enjoyed our time in the pool while watching the birds and lizards we don’t have around us at home. We will be returning on our next visit out!”

“Nice and clean and great communication from host. I would suggest stocking the bathrooms with more towels. One per person for a 3 day stay is not enough. Conferences do not give a person a lot of time to wash towels. They are cheap and no reason not to have at least double that. Thanks”
