It was great that our flight arrived in the morning and got to the hotel around noon time and received an early check-in to our room. The front desk service was wonderful as the person gave my child some small presents and told her to collect all the Conrads dolls at different locations.
The hotel is located right across from St. James subway station, which makes it very convenient to go to anywhere in the city. The service at the hotel was great as they've people standing outside to help calling for a taxi.

We stayed in a suite which is a duplex. The room is thus a bit packed. Otherwise the service and everything is good.

相關服務人員態度非常親切，令人印象深刻。飯店就在捷運站的出口，交通相當方便。周邊環境的餐飲服務不少，有許多的選擇。房間相當整潔也夠寬敞，住起來相當舒適。距離白金漢宮、西敏寺、倫敦眼...等重要景點皆很近。
