"The pool area was fabulous, but the water slide is never open. Like never open. The pull out couch needs 2 pillows not 1, there should be a tea in the room that is not herbal, and our tv kept distorting every 30 seconds because of the slow connection. The hotel itself was kept well, the atrium was beautiful, and while the staff was very nice they didn't seem to be the most knowledgeable "
