发布日期：2018年2月23日 发布在：HotelsIt is not a hotel actually but a hostel, the internal layout of the apartment is strange and the water supply is horrible which supplies extremely cold or hot water only, can't take shower at all.

Thank you for your review.
High Holborn is not a hostel as we don't offer dorm style rooms, each Guest will have their own private room with a shared bathroom. The property is a hall of residence used by LSE students during term time. During the holidays, we sell the rooms to the public on a bed and breakfast basis. I am surprised to hear about the bad water supply, we have not had any complaint in this regard. I don't know if while staying there you addressed the reception about this problem as maybe they could have found a quick and efficient solution.
