Bad service hotel
发布日期：2023年8月5日 发布在：HotelsThe location was good and the room was clean, but for the good things about this hotel, that's about it. During the stay, there was no hot water at 10:00, until we called the reception. However, they just said we were being stupid and not pressing the button. Not only that, they hung up on us during the middle of the conversation. Terrible service. And to make matters worse, they wasted 3 hours trying to put it right but by that time it was 1:00 when the shower got hot water. The same thing happened tomorrow, and it was horrible.

We at Merit Kensington believe in customer interaction and achieve client satisfaction. There has been no interaction, therefore we were not aware of any issues.

Great location, nice property, comfortable beds and baths. When we were there the elevator was broken and we were on 3rd floor. It was a little taxing on my back and knees. The staff were friendly and helped with our bags.

Great location- easy access to Tube and walking distance to shopping, groceries and dining. Beautifully maintained property, very clean

Camera deluxe all’ultimo piano dell ‘edificio dove si esegue il check in . Camera piccola ma negli standard londinesi. Ottima pulizia, camera e bagno nuovi. Non abbiano usufruito della colazione. Vicino c’è sono parecchi ristoranti,pub e anche un piccolo supermarket.
Metropolitana a due minuti a piedi. Comoda anche per alcuni bus.
Albergo permette di lasciare i bagagli sia prima che dopo il soggiorno.
