Excellent service. I had a superior 1 bedroom for family. Very clean. Sofa bed was already laid out when we arrived. Complimentary spring water in fridge. Enough towels for 4 people which is great. Check out time is 11am. Two t.v. Wi-Fi was good. Hair conditioner was provided. Leaving luggage at reception was great. Only two very small things I would add is no herbal tea bags provided, you might want to bring your own. There is decaf coffee. Also the bathroom is en-suite in the bedroom that means it might not always be convenient if you are sharing with friends rather than family. Personally I would prefer if the bathroom is not en suite. Overall it was a very good experience

Excellent staff and clean rooms!! I can’t say enough about the staff, they were so friendly and accommodating. Kept our luggage for the day since we arrived early, kept them for the weekend as we stayed a couple days in York, then again after we checked out so we could make use of the day before leaving for the airport. Room was large, clean with washer/dryer and small fridge. Would definitely stay again!!

This was a perfect suite for our family of four. It has plenty of space and we enjoyed being able to walk to many places.

Très bel appartement ; sur rue au premier étage et pourtant très calme grâce au vitrage performant. Décoration agréable et de bon goût; literie de qualité. Gare cependant au canapé lit qui ne pourra convenir qu’à des enfants. Personnel aimable et efficace. Enfin, la localisation est excellente.
