wembley trip

Difficult to park car underneath No spaces, has become a carwash. Second Lower car park floor is now closed to private parking. Had to grovel with attendant to move some cones to allow me to park car. Lift from car park to hotel Broken and out of use, so had to drag suitcase up and down 3 flight of very narrow stairs. 2 security come and knock on you door at 11.45 am to see if you are ready for checkout, a bit intimidating and not needed. Room has flaking paint on window frames. Shower did not work, thermostatic control permanent on boiling hot water, reception advised. Definitely not 5 star hotel have stayed here many times in the past because of Location
