Good kitchen, location near low income housing (maybe single women should avoid it), seemingly disorganized with regard to bed/room arrangements - they couldn't decide initially where I was to sleep, limited reception times so checking out and getting deposits back can be a problem. I paid to hire a locker (which was refunded) but the key which I was given could open other lockers so security-wise it was no good!

Sorry to hear that you found check out to be a challenge. We do communicate upfront, the reception desk's hours of operations to allow our customers to plan accordingly. To assume criminality because of your belief that we are near low income housing, is completely typecasting and generalizing so many people based on location.
