Personal experience
The room condition is fairly good and above my expectation. Air condition function properly though not too strong but sufficient for my travel in JUL. Location is good ! Few minutes walk away from Waterloo station. The only problem was the showering facility with insufficient water pressure, no hole for drainage in the toilet which make the floor wet after bath and the showering stage is quite slippy. One sad experience is that I left my umbrellas in the lobby near the bar area and cannot find it after, no luck :(

The accommodation was convienent very close to the centre of Londen. We could also only check in at three o'clock, but arrived in London at seven in the morning, fortunately there was the option to already put the suitcases there. We were very satisfied and definitely recommend this accommodation.

Location close to Waterloo station was good. Room was very big which was a nice surprise for a stay of a week. Full English breakfast kept me going but the breakfast and breakfast rooms could have been nicer. Yet room price was a lot lower than in other London hotels where I have stayed.
