“Brilliant room, but the space is not big enough. Good service and food buffet. Only one the hing needs to concern that the location is not easy to take public transportation such as bus or underground. The nearest one station is London Bridge, or you need to cross the Thames to St Pual’s would-be convent.”

“The apartment was quiet and convenient. I could prepare simple meals there and didn't have to eat out for every meal. Water coming out of bathtub faucet at a trickle, and there are no drawers anywhere for storing things. Biggest plus was use of gym nearby.”

“We liked our stay at the hotel. The morning and afternoon staff were friendly. I do wish however that it would have been possible to get clean towels in the early evening. There was residual noise from the other patrons on the floor, which was somewhat annoying at night time. The room was clean which was good. I do wish there would have been a way to contact the front desk as there was no phone for that in the room. There are a lot of restaurants near by which is nice. ”

“This is great to have a kitchen, but I think two chairs is a must for dine in. For the sake of environmental friendly, I also believe a few more tower rod or hook is necessary inside the bathroom. ”

“The location of the apartment is good. Near the underground station. Unfortunately the lift was out of order during our stay and we had to walk stairs with luggage.”

“櫃台人員很親切，對於提出的問題，樂於協助解決。 但因隔音不太好，入住第二晚隔壁房做愛很大聲，整夜無法入睡，隔天跟櫃台反應後，立刻協助換到不同樓層的角落房，真的非常感謝櫃台人員的協助，讓我們留下很好的印象。”

“離地鐵站非常方便，附近博物館步行至海德公園，哈洛德百貨非常近，房間是歐舒丹備品，廚房.洗衣機.加熱桿，雖然退房當天遇到停水無法洗嗽，但還是對長時間待在倫敦旅行非常推薦，下次一定要回訪!”

“Good location and close to most public transportation. Spacious apartment but the downside is no air conditioning A bit hit in room. Have to open windiw when sleep overnight.”

“I don't like the cleaner to clean my room at around 430 pm on 2 days. Hotel replied that they have more than 1000 rooms and will be arranged to clean some room on pm sessions. But I am satisfied with their reply as 4 star hotels should arrange staff to clean the rooms with efficient way.”
