“Sean, We had the best year of fishing in over a decade. The property is awesome, and access to the water is easy. One silly item would be more hooks on the wall to hang clothing. Also, I wasn't sure how to turn on the baseboard heater in the bedroom. I turned on the bathroom and left the door open.”

“Total relaxation with the splendor of the Delaware River just across the lightly-traveled street. Too early for river sports but there’s plenty of hiking in the area’s many parks, easy access to services with a walk across the bridge to Callicoon (market, restaurants, movie theatre, a few shops) or just be still to watch the eagles fishing for hungry babes in the nest above, river ducks and geese, and small drifting boats with fly fishing folks. The front bedroom is tight and the second is dark……

“We were in town to visit relatives just a few miles away. My group of 4 adults shared this space. The house was adequate for our needs. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. My only negative was that the living room space was small and we had to gather in a bedroom to watch TV. We will definitely return to this home.”

We took the advice of the guide and visited Chet’s Place for dinner and visited the nearby lake. Both were great. “We had a lovely time staying here for a long weekend while we attended a nearby wedding. We had a group of 10 and fit very comfortably. The property is huge and beautiful. The porch and huge windows have incredible views of the mountains, especially at sunrise. The unique decor is very fun and memorable- perfect for the mountain setting. Our host went out of his way to make us feel very welcome. We loved the fresh eggs from the chickens and other incredible fresh snacks. The sauna was also a……

“We stayed several days for a wedding with our son the groom and several of his groomsmen. The house is large and was great for hosting our group. For the size the house is very clean and has anything you need for cooking or enjoying your stay. The weather wasn’t great and we were gone a good bit but the hot tub was a hit and also the basement area which had 4-5 beds and pool table which was nice for the groomsmen not to mention the other 4 bedrooms. Plenty of space for all and is fully stocked……

“We had an amazing weekend. The house is a bit outdated, but we were there to be outside. There is another rental connected to the A-frame. The walls are very thin, but we didn't mind at all. (We're used to the loud city). They have their own fire pit and outdoor section in the back yard. The A-Frame has the huge fire pit and seating area in the front.There's anything you need within a 10 min drive(groceries, alcohol, restaurants, etc.) Main St was super cute,we strolled around to look at the……
