“Everything was so clean, enjoyed the atmosphere of the Marina. The only issue was flooding on the only road to access the property, caused by a "freak" rainstorm. This was by no means the fault of property management. Publix, Winn Dixie and Walgreens are all in walking distance. ”

“We had a very brief but cozy stay on the yacht in January. Not the best weather, so I think we missed some of the joys of sitting topside. But it was a fun experience in boat living, the boat is well-kept and cute, and Ian was responsive to all our questions. We found plenty to do around Marathon despite the dreary weather - recommend the Turtle Hospital and Crane Point Park. We grilled one night (granted, dodging the no-see-ums!) and brought home a tasty fish dinner the other.”

It’s clean, has all the essentials and is close to some great snorkeling, diving, kayaking, fishing and restaurants! We loved spending time on the top deck of the house boat and even had a manatee visit us one afternoon! We look forward to staying here again!”

“This was my first "floating house" experience and I'm so excited to go back and bring my kids. The marina is beautiful, small, quiet, and all the patrons were so nice. There was a calm family vibe, especially at night with kids in the pool and patrons at the bar. I loved seeing the sunset and sunrise on the little patio area on my house. I was not prepared for having my own shower (this was a great thing!) so I gave the written description 4 stars only to point out that it is a little……

“Aimee was wonderful with communication before our arrival date. The location is perfect, close to all activities but yet nestled away. The boat house was exactly as pictured, cute, quaint and clean. The property has an outdoor pool, bbq area and outdoor showers (my favorite!) The bar / restaurant was closed during our stay so that was a bit of a bummer but there are so many other places close by it wasn't that big of a deal. The only (slight) negative that I would say is the price. Other then……

“I like to be a positive person, after reading mixed reviews on this place we booked it thinking it would be different and fun. It was different alright, as we pull up to the boat to check in (1 hour late mind you) and after receiving all the messages on what to do, Wi-Fi code, door code etc. we are looking at the boat in the day time (deceiving vrbo Pictures, taken at night so you can't see what the boat looks like in the light, classic) The door to the boat was wide open, someone was inside……

“We really enjoyed staying on the Starfish. The bathroom is beyond super tiny, but there are a larger outdoor showers and pool bathrooms that we used. If you are a larger person, the super tiny bathrooms will be a problem. However, it won’t prevent us from returning. We loved it!”

“What a GREAT experience. The views in the morning and evening were wonderful , like OMG wonderful. Slept like a baby on the water. The faculties in the marina were wonderful, shower by pool was nice roomy and HOT water. Would definitely stay here again!”
