“We just wanted a short vacation getaway. It was great. We rented a boat and spent our time in the water. Great time with friends.”

“The location of this property was ideal for everything we wanted to do (activities from Tavernier all the way down to Key West). Check in was seamless and, while there was never a need to contact the property manager, the communication from them was clear and timely. The pool, landscaping, and overall neighborhood were all lovely. Very resort-like. That said, we did take note of several maintenance issues. “Loved the property and had a great time but the luxury in the listing was not there. The biggest issue being the pergola in the pictures was gone and replaced with a single umbrella. The string lights in the backyard were broken and the majority of items were powered by extension cords laying on the ground, many with tripped breakers. The pool/hot tub was unable to be controlled and we needed to text someone whenever we wanted a change. The outdoor cinema experience was a projector in a box that……

“We enjoyed our stay overall and would book this property again. I will say it could use a little touch up on some things that are showing wear/tear and age, but nothing was enough to impact our stay. The location is perfect and the sunsets from the back porch are magnificent!”

We enjoyed relaxing at the property by the pools, fishing from the dock, kayaking and paddle boarding. We went scuba diving with better than most scuba, deep sea fishing on the tail walker. We hired chef Heather for several dinners. It was an amazing trip.”

“Great find a little north of where we usually stay in Marathon. Loved its cozy, efficient, canal location. My husband and I along with my daughter and her fiancé slept comfortably, but could have easily slept 2 more people in the bunk beds in second bedroom. The canal had plenty of turn around space for us to get out and in. I would stay again.”

“This area is great and the homes are nice with ample room and all the things you need. The good parts are the views are amazing, kitchen is nicely stocked, beds are comfy, no bugs, nice pillows and nice decor. If your looking for just a nice house to stay at this is a great spot. There were only a few minor issues with the space, the dish washer did not work, after 3 days of trying I somehow got it to run once. I had seen this issue on previous reviews so it gave me some concern that this was……

“House is as described, clean had most of the essentials, close to stores and a nice beach to swim, grill & fish. About an hour away from key west. We definitely enjoyed our stay.”
