The high-end hotel introduced free Wi-Fi. When I arrived at the hotel, I asked the front desk and said that there was a charge. At the bottom of the hotel introduction, I saw that some public areas are free, and some deceptive propaganda

不喜欢这家酒店,入住前打电话咨询时服务态度不耐烦,入住时因为特别麻烦的使用WI-FI程序,浪费了我很长时间。第二天需要清洁房间,打了6分钟电话都占线,直接告诉清洁人员需要清洁,但晚上回来之后根本没有清洁,这让人很气愤!总之感觉服务人员太少,没有达到服务标准。 很后悔订了机场附近的房间,离所有景点都太远,交通特别不方便,即费时又费钱,而且总是堵车。多花的交通费用足够在市中心或者其他景点附近订更好的酒店。

One of best in LAX area

Hotel was great. Fast checking in, room was clean, the king size bed was very comfortable. One down site is the air conditioner so loud.
