I felt safe so that wasn't a concern. Getting to the water wasn't easy-going. A better pathway diwn would be nice. There was even a pack-n-play and highchair in the condo - even though we had brought our own P&P! Very helpful though. The Kitchen was fully stocked with all you need, plus some basic cooking supplies.
