Posted May 26, 2024 on HomeAwayApartment was clean and very well equipped. Pantry was well stocked, fresh quart of milk and a dozen eggs in the fridge was a very thoughtful touch. Conviently located near I-5. We will stay again.

Great Place!!!
Posted May 8, 2024 on HomeAwayMy family and I were really surprised when we arrived. We felt very welcomed. The apartment was very clean and very spacious. Beds were comfortable. It was very quiet in the complex. We had our own parking space and the residents were friendly. I would highly recommend staying at this location. I would stay here again in the future. 5 ⭐️

Nice accommodations near LAEC
Posted May 1, 2024 on HomeAwayWe were attending an equestrian competition at Los Angeles Equestrian Center. The apartment is very close to the grounds and just a few minutes drive to get back over to take care of the horses, etc. We will be staying there again when we come back in September. NOTE: while the reserved parking is great.....if you're driving a big truck that you've used to haul your horses over, it's a tight squeeze....but does work!

A great find in a great location
Posted Apr 28, 2024 on HomeAwayThe apartment was pristine and the location superb. Arrival instructions were detailed and our early arrival was willingly accommodated. The hosts communicated promptly and supplied so many extras that we didn't need to pick up any suppplies after our arrival. We felt at home right away. We were able to do laundry with a mini laundromat on site. While it was a bit cool for swimming, the pool was clean and appealing. My only complaint was that our stay was too short!

The apartment was spacey, clean, updated, in a great location. We did not use the pool due to the temperature, but we might use it next time we book. Ray was very attentive and the pantry and fridge were stock with essentials. I cannot stress enough what a great stay we had and totally recommend this place for your next stay.

Gracious hosts and convenient location
Posted Apr 16, 2024 on HomeAwayHosts communicated well and made sure our stay was enjoyable. The kitchen was stocked with a surprising amount of food - you should definitely check-in before heading to the grocery store!
The location was great for our itinerary (WB Studio Tour, Universal Studios, seeing the Hollywood sign). The drive to Disneyland was a little longer (about an hour in weekday morning traffic), but not bad at all. My husband and teens enjoyed going for a run in Griffith Park.

Posted Apr 6, 2024 on HomeAwayA wonderful location for those going to Universal Studios or Warner Bros tour. Close to Griffith Park access and of course then there’s the rest of LA by car…and a designated parking spot! The pool was well kept and the living space was stocked with everything you need to relax after a long day: a big tv, pantry staples, towels and blankets. We are very pleased with our stay.
