I didn’t see that the sofa in the lobby had a white product that stained my gray shirt and the sink in the room had a sewer smell

I bought Krispy Kreme donut at the hotel, and the donut were stale, I give back to the reception and they said they will refund and until now they still not seen refund me

They do not have a breakfast included like I was told when I got there and they said you can buy breakfast starting at 6:00 a.m.the breakfast was closed when we got down to the Main lobby
