I have never felt more unwelcome at a hotel in 25 years of extensive travel for work. The management here has no idea what customer service is. This is especially true of the Assistant Manager Skyler who is rude, condescending, and has zero listening skills. The hotel itself is pretty but non functional. Issues include: elevator lights out, no dresser for clothes in bedrooms, no basic amenities such as hooks for towels, coffee maker, and refrigerator for beverages, glass drinking glasses not changed in four days, housekeepers talking loudly in hallways, bar/restaurant closing early, slow car valet service (for $60 a day), etc. I suggest coming here for a drink to see the beautiful lobby, but stay elsewhere. The hotel management is terrible and should undergo extensive customer service training or be fired.
