房間設施雖好，但不知為何房內有很多小蒼蠅，我住了4晚，每天也打死10隻以上，打極都有……希望他們盡早滅蟲吧。另外，酒店那區收不到手提電話網絡，要打電話的話要走過一條街才可以通話。

We had issues with our first room and the staff gave us a new room and upgraded it. There was issues with the new room as well. Lights flickering, shower pressure was poor, sinks leaking and our keys not working. Additional fees during check out too. The staff seemed over worked and overwhelmed but was helpful.

I'm not sure why this hotel doesn't have a higher rating. It was clean. The kitchen was stocked. The room was spacious. The water was hot.The sushi on site was delicious! Not to mention the pool and hot tub. Would definitely recommend!

I loved the view of DTLA from my balcony and overall my stay at Levels was excellent! From check in to check out was very smooth and the staff were friendly and welcoming.
