The room was supposed to be non-smoking and it smelt like smoke and there was an Ashtray in the room.

Bathroom is old, needs upkeep. Very minimal supplies in bathroom.
Coffee maker was dripping water all over the table. Complained each of the 3 mornings I was there, but they never fixed it.
Old facility. Needs an overhaul.
In common spaces, found TONS of cigarette butts littered around. All walkways smell of cigarette smoke.
Parking is TERRIBLE and very cramped. Hard to get in / out as most slots are angled. Very inconvenient stalls.
No breakfast included with room rental. Did not try breakfast / food at attached restaurant.
