We stayed here for 3 nights. The first 2 nights, we had intermittent sleep because of a loud buzzing noise that would wake us up repeatedly atleast 3 dozen times and the noise would stay on for sometimes 15 minutes. After the first night we let the front desk know and they sent engineers up and they spent 30 minutes trying to fix the noise at 10pm. They said it was fixed, but then an hour later is started again and we didn’t sleep that night either. On the 3rd night they gave us a new room and the manager didn’t once apologize for offer anything for the 2 nights of missed sleep. We are platinum members and have never had service this horrible at a Waldorf property. We usually feel like we are royalty but this property made us feel like we were staying at a Best Western. The front desk does not pick up the phone either. The phone would ring for 5-6 minutes plus with no success. The iPad in the room didn’t work either which is where the in room menu is. It’s a long list of issues for a 5 star property. It’s unfortunate.
