“Beautiful hotel, the room was comfy and had everything we needed. The bathroom and shower was modern and clean. Great location to walk around Ludlow. We didnt eat or drink in the hotel, it seemed expensive compared to the places around.”
“Absolutely loved this Hotel. Surroundings were stunning & eating was extremely convenient. Any suggestions for improvements? Yes, the WiFi did not work from the room & even down stairs one had to jump through hoops for only momentary connection.
That aside, everything else was world class including always polite reception & room cleaning staff. ”
“Lovely accommodation situated conveniently for travel between Sth West and Lincolnshire coast. Staff friendly and courteous. Nice room and good food. We will be back!”
“Overall it was a very enjoyable stay. My only concern was that the hotel seemed to think that I hadn't paid for my accommodation, when in fact I paid hotels.com on the 2/4/2024.”
“Very friendly and helpful welcome. Really pleasant, relaxing place to stay in picturesque surroundings. We stayed for 2 nights. We'll be back for sure.”
“Had an amazing few days at the Baldwin.
Dave and Judy were more than helpful.
Very accommodating. Would definitely stay again. Can’t wait to return to Stourport”
“Great accomodation, staff were excellent. Food was really good plenty of options. Only complaint was the road noise in the room as no double glazing and lots of heavy traffic going past..”
“An unpretentious place and perfectly good for B &B. Breakfasts were quite adequate and the room and bathroom were generously proportioned.
The outstanding thing about this place is the quality of the staff. They were outstanding and would happily go the extra mile”
“We enjoyed a good stay at the hotel. It was well situated for our trip to Malvern Spring Flower Show. The staff were lovely and the food was good pub food. We particularly enjoyed the steak night which was excellent. Breakfasts were tailored to us individually, were well cooked and good sized portions. We will definitely stay here again. ”
