- Nahe am See und kurzer Weg zur Bergbahn Monte Bré.
- Zentrum Lugano ist bequem mit dem Bus erreichbar
- komplizierter Einstieg in die Badewanne (Dusche) wegen fix montierter Glaswand (eine mobile, faltbare wäre vorteilhafter)
