“We recently stayed at Villa Lilia in Brienno, Lake Como. All reviews of the villa are totally correct! My wife and I were able to stay four wonderful nights. All the pictures in the listing at true and accurate. Lovely place with fabulous views looking across the lake at Nesso (from the bedroom balcony). “The view from this property is just spectacular. It has a comfortable and large balcony/deck. The bright living room is surrounded by windows which provides for breath taking views. The property itself is in a great neighbourhood, well placed for access to Stresa and surrounding area. There is a nice trail if you want to walk into town and it takes about 20 minutes.”

“Unser Aufenthalt war einmalig italienisch. Der Garten ist trotz der Moskitos traumhaft schön und idyllisch mit kompletter Privatsphäre. Die Gastgeberin Elena hat Moskitonetze installiert und uns Sprays gegeben. Wir haben uns damit gut arrangiert und konnten den Garten in vollen Zügen mit unserer Hündin nutzen. Der gesamte Garten ist umzäunt. Elena und Familie kümmern sich rührend um ihre Gäste und stehen jederzeit bei Fragen zur Verfügung. Das Haus hat viel Charme und ist mitten in dem Wohnort……

“Das grosse Haus, ausserhalb von Morcote ist sehr schön gelegen. Für das Besteigen der über 150 Treppentritte wird man mit einer super Aussicht belohnt! Am Morgen und Abend ist man gerne auf der grossen Terrasse und geniesst den Blick auf den See. Durch den kurzen Weg bis zum See, geht man sehr viel Baden, geniesst die kleine Liegewiese, das vorhandene StandUpPaddle und das Gummiboot (vor allem unsere Kinder). Alles ist wie beschrieben. Der Platz für 4 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder ist……

“Probably the nicest villa we've stayed at in many years of coming to Italy; beautifully situated right on Como with a swimming dock that private boat rentals can also come to directly. There is easy access to town walking along a protected pedestrian pathway separated from the road. The house itself is well appointed -- the bedrooms are all very comfortable with good AC and plenty of storage; the fridge is large and gas range was great for cooking the nights we stayed in. The pool was perfect……

“Sehr schön gelegenes Haus in lebendigem, sympathischen Ort. Das Haus ist geräumig und gut aufgeteilt. Wir hatten beide Wohnungen für zwei Familien gemietet. Gemütlichkeit ist nicht die Stärke des Hauses, bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten (Sofa, Sessel, Liegestühle...) für alle Gäste gemeinsam gibt es weder drinnen noch draußen. Draußen gäbe es auf dem Grundstück leider auch keinen schönen Ort, wo man sie aufstellen könnte. Die Küchenausstattung ist äußerst dürftig, teils in schlechtem Zustand (blechiges……

“Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Ordentlich, sauber und gemütlich! Allerdings keine Aussicht!!! Wer keine Koffer schleppen kann hat Schwierigkeiten da die letzten Meter zur Unterkunft am besten nur über die Treppe zu erreichen ist. Nur wer ein „sehr“ kleines Auto hat kann unter sehr schwierigen Umständen vorfahren. Der Eingang durch Heizungsraum und Waschküche stört mich nicht. Der Telefonkontakt war sehr freundlich also gerne wieder wenn ich in Lugano zu tun habe!”

“Grundsätzlich gut. Einiges sollte in der Wohnung gemacht werden! Im 3. Zimmer neue Matrazen und 1 neuer Lattenrost. Die TV Anlage hat nicht funktioniert und müsste von einem Fachmann geprüft werden. Sonst sehr gut. Tolle Aussicht vom Balkon und sehr ruhig gelegen.”

“Stayed in this apartment hotel for 2 nights in Apr23. We spoilt the hair dryer before we checked out, but could not inform the office as we checked out very early in the morning and the office was closed. The next day, I received an email informing us that they charged CHF500 to my credit card for spoiling the hair dryer and the TV. This is ridiculous. Their email mentioned that they gave us a perfectly working TV before we checked in. How can they accuse us for spoiling the TV a few minutes……
