Complaints were not recorded and acted upon, for example, after a period of heavy rain and thunder one night, upon return to the room it was flooded and the phone was not working. A complaint was made to the lobby but was never conveyed to the next shift (the staff at the crown leaves at 11 pm). Fortunately, my sister who was in another room, came to check on me and called the operator for assistance. Someone came at about 12:20 to dry up the water. The next……

“This is my second visit to this property and I enjoyed the first one and the second one was even better. Much nicer room this time. This property has no elevator so ask for ground floor if you can’t climb steps. The staff is very nice and welcoming. ”

“The services was great. When we did the check-in we we're not notified of events/ timing to eat or any activities in the reaort. We had to walk around and ask, last day was when we realized there was a board with weekly events and activities but they never mentioned to loomat the board for additional information. We wantes toneat at one of the restaurants, we didnt know we had to make earlier reservation to eat at one of those restaurants. I truly believe that information should be given front……

“In general the staff was friendly but poorly trained and had very limited communication skills. Suite was very modern but not practical. (Only mirrors in bathroom. Bathroom lights so poor hard to shave. Electricity failures common, water would cease running without warning. Particularly bothersome in the shower. Air conditioning so loud when on that it couldn't be used while sleeping. Beach had fancy beds rather than lounges, but no where near enough to handle the crowd. Guest joke, "ask……

“De las peores experiencias, si no quieres perder tu dinero, no utilices este servicio. Se supone que cuando pagas por un servicio no esperas que te digan que debes pagar 4 veces el valor pagado por una sola noche. Reservé 1 noche para 3 personas y pagué $96.00, luego el gestor de la publicación dice que debo pagar $130.00 dólares por persona por noche, adicionalmente a lo que ya había pagado, al final no admite reembolso, toma el dinero y simplemente lo pierdes. Simplemente dicen que pueden……
