The constant noise of a machine or pump going off and on wasn’t ideal. There was little quiet sleeping time. It went off every 30 to 60 seconds all day and night.
The rooms are definitely not very sound proof. We heard every conversation and noise in other rooms. We were told the building was no pets. Neighbors had pets in room that barked.
The sauna wasn’t working and there was no resolution on that for guests.

Check in was awkward. When I asked the man at the front desk if they had a bigger room by chance, he called a woman over. They spoke back and forth very quietly in a different language. She then looked at me, started laughing and said hello. Room 211 is next to a mechanical room. I don’t know if it’s a water pump or water heater or what, but something in the mechanical room turns on what seemed like every couple minutes, runs for a few seconds and shuts off. This continued all day and night. We did not get a good nights sleep. Will probably not stay here again.

We had a great stay and all staff were helpful and friendly. We did notice that the TV system is not user friendly. A staff person had to come over two nights in a row to stop the TV from freezing and not responding to the remote. Otherwise all was good!

It was pleasant in all respects. Skiing in and out was kind of a challange, you need to hike (short hike) up and down some steep grades and treacherous footing. I will stay there again.

I loved the ski in ski out. Staff was nice, food was excellent. Needs a coffee shop on the premise.
