“My husband and I had the perfect weekend getaway at Kelly's beautiful lil cabin! It was clean and furnished with all the amenities we needed. The compost toilet was one of the cleanest I have ever seen and with beautiful decor and inspiring quotes. The location was perfect to get to hikes and sites we wanted to see and in the evening we came back to have a nice fire with warm showers in the morning :) Kelly was great with communication and we are eager to return again! Thank you so much”

“This VRBO was amazing. House was so clean and had everything we needed to enjoy a wonderful snowed in week with friends. We loved the hot tub and pool table. We would go back in a heartbeat. The host was very responsive and was able to resolve an issue we had at check in which we seriously appreciated! The home was located in a perfect spot- away from towns and cities, but only a 4 minute drive from a store for general items and about 20 minutes from the grocery store/ coffee shops. And the view……

“Overall positive experience from this property. Pros: Beautiful cabin in a great location on the Ausable River. Close enough to all of the things you would need or want from your stay while also giving you the privacy you're looking for. Cons: I believe the cleaner did not do a thorough cleaning of the master bedroom which was disappointing. We had to re-wash all of the bedding upon our arrival.”

“This is a beautiful spacious home, very comfortable for 6 people plus we had a few other family members join us to watch the eclipse. My adult children enjoyed the game room and chess set. The appliances are new and high end: fridge, stove, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Three full baths are a bonus. The screened in porch was great to be outside with protection from the mosquitos. We had a fire in the fire pit. It felt very secluded even though only a few minutes to town,shopping and Lake……

“We stayed during an April snowstorm that lasted the 3 days we were here. I was considering either travel to Florida or a mountain cabin stay. Wow am I glad I picked this place! The fireplace, views of the upper mountain at Titus, the woods around the home, the design and decor were all so amazing. I was hoping Titus would open up one more time for this huge snow dump but alas that did not happen. However, the kids had so much fun in the snowy woods surrounding the home. They played in the……

“Cozy cabin that had everything we needed for a lovely eclipse-viewing stay. Steve was a great host, very communicative and quickly answered all our questions. The cabin was clean and warm, and the pellet stove provided heat and atmosphere! The woods and surrounding area were so peaceful, and we enjoyed evening walks down to the lake shore. And of course so many great ADK hikes just a drive away. We highly recommend this cabin!”

“We all had a nice stay at this cabin in October 2023. Some of the cabin highlights were the awesome fireplace that worked great inside the cabin that was vented really well! We purchased a lot of wood from Stewart’s (a convenience store) and had a fire going every eve. Plenty of hot water, five of us showering every morning, plenty of towels, etc.., everything for the kitchen you would need, we cooked 4 nights out of the 7. All in all it was a fun trip and we all enjoyed ourselves very much!!”

“Visited family who is only 8 min away. House was perfect for our short stay. Cottage is fully stocked with everything. Stacey was very responsive with all my questions prior to leaving and while we were there. Weather wasnt the best, therefore, we did not get to enjoy the outdoors. View from the house is beautiful.”

“Really accommodating hosts. Communication was easy and they even dug out a big spring snow for us just before our arrival. Beds and rooms are comfortable and clean.
