“Stayed while in town for a family graduation. Perfect central location for our planned activities and a nice quiet place to wind down and get some rest.”

“Very nice property! Lots of room for our family to spread out. Welcomed surprise with snacks available in fridge/freezer upon our arrival (great as our flight arrived late and we did not have time for dinner)! Property lacked coffee pot (Keurig was available, but our family drinks A LOT of coffee) and grill needed to be replaced. Host very responsive when we needed dishwasher detergent and tissues.”

“We had a red-eye flight and the host was willing to let us check in early. As luck would have it, our plane was diverted and we had to drive to Ohio for hours. We had some difficulting getting in, the door stuck and the keyless entry wouldn't work. There was alot of rain in the area, so that may have aided in the door swelling. There was an odor in the home, but not overbearing but our clothes did smell like it when we got home. The house cold down nicely, which was a huge plus and the shower……

“Poor communication, changed our location twice once on within the hour of checking in, causing us to check in later than planned. House was not clean, and in addition to that, the previous tenants left food and trash. There were broken and damaged items that made it unacceptable for young children, only six bath towels provided & 4 wash cloths even though we booked for 7 people. Would not go back and would have gone to another property if one had been available. VRBO was difficult to get ahold……

“Check in was easy, the house was as shown, and then some. I will say, if you are traveling with small children, this may not be the property for you. Several power tools were accessible both upstairs and downstairs. As a mother this made me a little uncomfortable.”

“Very clean and comfortable. Just like the pictures show. Beds seem new; nice and firm. Communicating with the owner was quick and easy. Located just where we needed in Toledo. Short drive to all kinds of stores and restaurants. Only negative was the noisy road the house is located on. Two front bedrooms hear road noise throughout the night (though we stayed during a busy weekend).”

“The location of this property is absolutely amazing and for the most part everything was perfect. My only issues are that we didn't find out until after booking that the property is shared with renters living upstairs. This to me is an issue and should be shared before booking. When you rent a Vacation Rental you don't expect people to be onsite. The other small issues are the towels were not fresh and crunchy and the game room was filled with spider webs.
