“It was a good family hotel, could do with other restaurants on site, 7 nights is more than enough and you probably want to eat out as the buffet can get very tired and their Italian restaurant on site can be difficult to book with having to be book 2 days in advance. There's adult only sections but naturally are close to children areas so felt bad as no doubt they heard many screaming kids. The rooms were clean enough though expect dirty feet by the end of it, highly recommend the Merlin rooms……

Les points forts sont aussi la proximité de la Marina et juste entre la partie très touristique et la partie sauvage de la nature lunaire. L accueil et tout le personnel sont de qualité même si parfois certaines personnes ne sont pas chaleureuses. “Meine Bewertung geht’s nicht um das Hotel selbst, sonder um die Reservierung bei Expedia: Das Zimmer war richtig toll und super angelegt mit tollen Blick auf Meer. Dank Expedia haben wir ein Getränk mit Schokolade Begrüßung bekommen. Das Beste war die Einladung zum Abendessen am „Volcan“ Restaurant und zum Spa (auch dank Expedia)”

“Superb escape for some Easter sun. The only negative is they need to enforce the 1 hour sunbed reservation rule. Too many people take advantage and turn it into a towels-on-sunbed race in the morning, which really spoils the whole experience.”

“Loud music through huge speakers at the swimming pool - animators shouting through huge speakers at the swimming pool during polo-games with only 10 people and no-one watching. Overall appreciation: great hotel but too noisy at the swimming pools. ”

“We all loved this hotel. The biggest surprise was heated pool (main pool and kids slides), food was absolutely amazing, a lot of choice in breakfast and dinner (didn’t had lunch cos we were on half board). Nice bars for drinks and cocktails. We enjoyed to the max….. will definitely go there again. Highly recommended ”

“Really enjoyed our stay, lovely clean apartment with everything we needed, great little Spa shop very close and nice bars snd restaurants in a quiet location. We was aware of the renovation work but it was noisier than anticipated due to the apartment next door being stripped, the slabbing around the poor and roadworks all at the same time. We got use to it though and would definitely stay again 😃”

“Villa Cara is situated on a quiet, private development, well placed for accessing the centre of the resort. The villa is very clean, exceptionally well equipped, with a newly refurbished pool and private parking space. Communication with the management and the owners was excellent throughout. We would certainly rebook this villa when visiting Playa Blanca.”

“This was our second trip to Lanzarote and we decided to go to the southern tip of the island. On the map it looks a long way but by car its only 35 minutes from the airport and I couldn't recommend it enough for families and older people who might find Playa Del Carmen for instance as a bit too lively. The Coral Villas are on an estate close to the VIK hotel opposite and are either 2 or 3 bed. Our villa was probably on its first let of the year. Quite a few of the surfaces were dusty and needed……
