“Pros - main areas mostly clean Nice neighborhood/location Nice washer/dryer/stove/refrigerator Cons - place is listed as “entire home” & the host rents out a small “treehouse” in backyard. Without disclosing in listing, Listing says private backyard Smart Thermostat doesn’t work correctly or host refused to take off remote settings. Most of our stay we were cold There are property managers & you’re asked to take their trash cans to the curb if you’re staying on a Sunday. Not a big deal,……

They left all the alarm clocks set for zero 800 throughout the house, the shower curtain was not long enough so water coated the floor making it slippery ”

“I rented the little boathouse but they gave me the big house instead. It was so BIG. I used the zacuzi tub every night. The bathroom was huge. The bedroom upstairs was the length of the house and there were skylights all through the bedroom and bathroom.
