“除了酒店房间偏小，烧热水的设备要专门向酒店要以外，其他方面都颇好。 房间整洁，早餐在欧洲来说也算不错，酒店员工也乐意提供帮助。 ”

“I stay here for three nights. The first thing is they told me that they need to down grade my booking due to my booked room has some problem. They compensated me with free breakfast and airport transportation- it's good. The door man is also very kind and helpful. But, the reception is not that friendly and not proactively responsed my request. I asked them to give me an adaptor and they didn't inform me if they didn't have any available. Regarding the room, the decoration is chic but some……

“酒店比较靠近欧洲之门，离其它景点的位置较远。大楼外观普通，每个房间窗户的一半都被一种装饰板遮住，真是浪费了窗户的作用。酒店图片重点宣传的pool还要额外花钱才能进入。酒店房内设施不错，但整体性价比实在不敢恭维。”

“Normal reception, dont feel like a good service. the facilities are good. large room.”

“The room is new, clean and comfortable. Wifi, TV, Location are good too. The only thing to be improved would be the lighting system, it seemed advanced and nice but the lights in my room turned on automatically twice when I was sleeping at night. Except that, everything is great, staff are nice too. ”

“Spa is very good. Only 30euro to airport by taxi is very resonable. Breakfast is good.”

“Clean, modern, quiet, safe and the hotel staff members were exceedingly friendly and helpful. Neighborhood surrounding the hotel is quiet and safe. 15 to 20 minutes by taxi to most any tourist attraction including Prado and Plaza de Toros.”
