“This stay in Alcala was excellent. We came to visit old friends from when my father was in the Air Force. It was absolutely perfect. The Serfardi apartment was clean, quaint, central to everything “Alcala” and the host quickly communicated to all questions. I should note that there is a washer for last dry but not an electric dryer which I misunderstood from the listing. This was remedied quickly by our host. I recommend staying in the Serfardi apartment. It was a a great experience. We hope……

“This apartment is clean and bright as illustrated It is well-located, being close to Gran Via, the Palace, Plaza Espana, the University and about a 25-minute walk to the Prado, the Thyssen and the Botanical Gardens. The kitchen has the basics (but you will surely be eating out!). An English translation of the washer/dryer manual would be very useful”

“Das Viertel Malasana hat Charme und Wohnung liegt prima. Aber geeignet als Ferienquartier ist dieses Appartement nicht. Es ist nicht nur viel zu klein, sondern man kann nur an wenigen Stellen überhaupt aufrecht stehen. Damit konnte man nach der Beschreibung wirklich nicht rechnen. Nachdem man die steile Stiege hochgekommen ist, kommt einem in der kleinen Dachkammer dann auch mal der Gedanke nach einem potenziellen Fluchtweg. im Brandfall. Über die Dächer wirkt das doch etwas unsicher. Die Dusche……

“Limpieza inexistente, muebles viejos y rotos, menaje destrozado e insuficiente para la capacidad de la vivienda. La vivienda carece de mantenimiento ninguno, los nórdicos estaban sucios, no facilitan leña para la chimenea. En resumen nada recomendable”

“This apartment offers great space for groups, featuring various areas for socializing including a fantastic outdoor patio. Its location opposite a large park adds a tranquil touch, making it a serene city retreat.”

“Huge villa with flexible accommodation well suited to families and larger groups. We had fun in the large pool and ate all our meals in the outdoor dining space. Christian has provided so much to do, trampoline, table tennis, pool toys, table football etc so the children were never bored. Really great family holiday.”

“Beautiful apartment and very convenient location. But the sofa bed had large brown stains and the sofa bed sheet also had large yellow stains. Had to get the house keeping to change the bed sheet before it is usable. The shower door should be fixed to stop water leak.”
