1. The sink in the toilet clogs every time we use and it takes time to unclog.
2. There were cockroaches in the toilet and dressing table

The staff were very polite and accommodating. Found the property a little too old, not up kept , like the air conditioning and even lightings in rooms were a little too dim

Posted Feb 26, 2024 on HotelsIt was the most disappointing stay i have ever had in Malaysia the bathroom was just atrocious with water from the shower flooding the bathroom and toilet floor every time you had a shower the bed was so short my legs hung over the end of the bed. And the stalf wanted to charge extra for towels to mop up the floors this is in now way a four star hotel please read all the bad reviews on Google i wish i had don't expect this to be a good hotel you have been warned

Our first visit was good. Our came back for the second time was disappointing. The room condition was terrible but we refrained for a switch as we are only staying for a day.
