“We came to town for a wedding. Perfect location. Easy checkin & checkout. Host has thought of so many extra items for the guest. We would definitely stay there again in the future. Only suggestion would be to have some Solar pathway lights leading to the entry gate.”

“This was the perfect mini romantic weekend getaway from the busy city with such generous and sweet hosts (and their precious dogs!). The gorgeous backyard was spacious with so much room to lounge by the fire pits, run around, hit golf balls by the net, bbq, and much more. The pool and jacuzzi are both charming and relaxing, perfect for what we needed in a getaway. The guesthouse itself was also spacious and lovely, with plenty of room to feel comfortable and relaxed. We loved this experience……

“We visited Malibu for the Pepperdine graduation. It is 5 minutes away from the school. The property is comfortable, clean, spacious, and minimalistic. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. The host was very responsive. You can see the ocean from the kitchen windows which means you can also hear the cars on the PCH. This was the perfect spot for us and would stay here again.”

“The house is exactly as described and perfect living space for the six of us who stayed there. The host was incredibly communicative and answered all of my questions right away. We were able to go food shopping at Trader Joe’s to get snacks and drinks for the house and parking was never an issue. The only suggestion I would make is a few more drinking glasses In the kitchen. Other than that, it was wonderful!”

“The house handled the 7 of us well. It was two grandparents, two parents and three kids ages 17, 15 and 11. It was a perfect location close to the beach area. It was literally a 3 minute walk to Venice Beach with all its action. Santa Monica was just a few miles up the road. We rented e-bikes and were up there in a flash. Marina Del Ray was about the same distance in the opposite direction. The house was spacious, full of beautiful natural light, and a lovely roof deck (but with a little scary……

“everything exactly as advertised. very nice house in easy area of malibu. simple in/out , parking etc. gorgeous views from primary bedroom and living area. everything in good working order. my only feedback ( not worth a star removal, just insight) is that in the photos of the master bedroom, the sectional sofa was facing out towards the ocean. In the configuration we were presented, it faced the closets. This was a disappointment.. such a waste of a good view. one other insight-the room with……

“We stayed for my son’s graduation from LMU. Check in was a breeze, the neighborhood is really cute and it was close to everything we needed. The house is very well appointed, there was nothing that we felt we needed. Beds were comfy and bathrooms clean and tidy. The backyard space is welcoming and we enjoyed sitting outside soaking up some sun. Daniel is a gracious host and we will definitely come back.”

“Great place four our family to get together and celebrate the graduation of our daughter from California Lutheran University. Kinsie (host) was gracious, friendly and did everything to make sure the residence was ready. Overall the residence was clean and ready to enjoy. The pool and jacuzzi made a great entertainment for our family to enjoy. Close proximity to Cal Lutheran made it easy to get to/from the celebration with lots of food options to choose from. Would definitely recommend this……
