“I'm really weird about hotels. I hate bugs and filth so whenever I rent a hotel I get nervous I must stay the staff at the desk IS AMAZING and I was very surprised with how clean the room actually was I didn't see any dirt, dust or any bugs at all GREAT PLACE TO STAY ”

“Hotel was very wasy to locate right in downtown Dayton. Easily accessible parking garage. Our room and entire hotel was very clean, however, we reserved a king room and got a 2 queen instead. The family checking in before us got all kinds of information about great places to try for food and drinks and recieved a map. When it was our turn to check in we were told to scan the qr code to uoload a map and that was all she offeres out to us. I felt pretty slighted. Why did the peole before us……

“I think this hotel is a very nice value for the price you pay. Very clean and a nice room. Breakfast was great and the staff exceptional. Hot tub got hot my first night but not the second night (this may be due to the flood to come). On my second night after I left the pool area and went back to my room at 10:30 p.m. some guy barricaded himself in his room on the 3rd floor and proceeded to flood the whole hotel. We had to evacuate. Fire dept shut the hotel down and turned off power to it. ……

“I was pleased with the room in terms of cleanliness, price and location. I wasn't pleased with the towels that were not replenished and the agent swiped my card several times which resulted in multiple holds on my account”

“The stay was amazing. Room was very spacious, soaking tub was excellent. Very close to food and entertainment. ”

“Overall the property was good. It does lack some common amenities such as room coffee maker, dish towels and soap. There is also no ice machines on the property so you have to plan ahead and make your own ice in the freezer. Bathroom amenities could be more generous. Only had a small bottle of shampoo. I'm sure we could have gone down to the front desk and ask but those things should just be provided. Overall, room was very clean and beds were okay.”
