“Disappointing - beware. We booked a Double Deluxe room at a very high rate at this hotel and were told at check-in that we were being given a “double upgrade” to a Jr Suite. We were initially very excited about this until we realized that although our room was a bit bigger than what we had booked, it only had 3 tiny little windows at awkward heights that looked directly into other guest rooms or level with the pool restaurant diners so we no view of anything and could not have the……

“Nice hotel and staff were very good - especially on reception. Rooms were nice, but we did have an issue with air con on two nights. Food was OK. Not bad, but not great. We expected more from a remote hotel so we ended up going out in evenings. If you want to be in the area its a good hotel but not as nice as some of the others in Majorca at that price level.”
