“So, this is our first time staying atbthe Inn. We wanted a weekend away for my wifes birthday, but needed it local to where we live. When we decided to look, we knew of the location, but the search took us to hotels.com. It was a little misleading to us because we thought foe the cost we would have an outdoor patio. We learned from the facility that the rooms are issued the day of your arrival. That's misleading to us, unless the room that dosent have a outdoor patio is price matched to a……

“This property was a perfect getaway. You are literally right on a private beach. Nokomis beach is right down the road or beach. North jetty for fishing. We saw manatees swimming right down the beach. This was an amazing stay in an amazingly beautiful area of south Florida. I cant wait to return. My only regret is not staying here longer.”

“The room was great for the price but the refrigerator didn't close and the pool wasn't available. Also their website says breakfast but no breakfast and the restaurant that's attached to the building is permanently shut down. So it doesn't have all the features u are expecting. But I'd stay again based on the room and price. ”

“Initially we started out at this unit but had some issues with plumbing , the owner graciously moved us to another Condo located elsewhere bc he couldn’t get a plumber for a few days, we was very happy with where we were but equally happy where we wound up. The owner was very willing to make our stay enjoyable and it was. So my five stars are for both places, I’d definitely rent again ”

“Right on the beach ! Definitely would stay again. Beach house is not one of the nicer ones but the beach makes up for it. WiFi is terrible local Food is excellent , shopping is nearby. The ocean here is absolutely beautiful. ”

“Owner communicated well. A little of a hassle that we scheduled everything around check in at 3 but it wasn’t until 4 and we didn’t find out until check in instructions were sent. The front door squeaked terribly. The shower barely spit water out of the faucet. The beach was a good bit from 23 and it was about half way between the pool and the beach. The beds were not great. Both sank in the middle. Fridge didn’t really cool well. Coffee pot not a kuerig so don’t get the pods. The beach was a……
