“The hosts were extremely accommodating when we notified them in advance that we would arrive past the check-in hours, which was greatly appreciated after a long day of sightseeing in Boston & Salem. The Sargent Room on the 3rd floor was very spacious and clean; however, the beds were "short" for us and the carpet that covered the uneven floor could be updated. We also experienced some technical difficulties with the window shades. The continental breakfast served on the cozy sun porch more than……

“I loved that they had a system to allow us in late without a hassle. We were able to come in and get settled in a seamless process. The inn was so quiet! Breakfast the next morning was fabulous. I couldn't have asked for more during my stay.”

“After booking this stay I saw some reviews that made me a little unsure if my stay would be good or not. I can safely say it was nothing others have spoken of! I had a late arrival at which the host came to greet me and walked me and my mother to our rooms, my first room I noticed some ants by a window (its nature it happens) they promptly moved my room, I had mentioned they were some giant ants!! They were glad I said that because they knew just the type of ants and said they were going to……

“Ed and Theresa have a lovely old NH manor and are friendly and terrific hosts. I would have liked some scrambled eggs on the menu for breakfast but everything else was perfect and tasty. It is a relaxing atmosphere.”

“My husband and I stayed at the Ash Street Inn this past weekend for a Valentine’s Day weekend getaway. Complementary drinks like soda, coffee and tea, as well as snacks like fresh fruit, chips, granola bars, and cookies made the stay very comfortable. Our room had a remote-controlled fireplace that was so cozy to relax next to, and it was fully stocked with whatever toiletry you could ever need including advil, chapstick, makeup remover (only thing I didn’t find was emergency feminine hygiene……
