“This house was wonderful to stay in. The beds were comfortable and the house was perfect for the four of us. The neighborhood was quiet, and the town was upscale. We were attending my daughter's college graduation and it gave us a place to stay close enough to Boston but outside of all the noise and congestion.”

“We loved our stay at this cozy home. My husband and I stayed there for six nights. they were very accommodating to our needs . the house had everything we needed. It s two bedrooms, two baths was the perfect size for us . We were able to have meals and cook or go out to each. in a wonderful fireplace. Beautiful views. Everything we needed was close . We would definitely stay here again. Thank you to Rahna and staff. Awesome!”

“This home was very welcoming..beds were comfortable everything was very clean. Proprty owners were great with communication if i sent a message i got a response. Will definitely look to see if they have proprty in other states as well.”

“Online description is on point. This is a roomie cottage that has views galore on a fantastic clean beach. Loved that within a 5 minute drive we had all the amenities in Newbury. The property is in need of some updates (as they clearly describe in their listing) but it was very clean and spacious. We would love to stay again.”

“We loved the cool concept decor and open, light filled feel of the place. It is clean, quiet, and located about a 15-20 minute walk from the newbury beach and a 10 minute drive to downtown Newburyport. We brought our pup and he enjoyed playing at the beach as well as walking around some of the marsh trails. The local restaurants are SO good and some even dog friendly. Because the kitchen was so well equipped and with a working grill we also were able to cook at the sea loft. I couldn’t be……

“I reported to property mgr of missing tv box and she was short with me and implied I may have done something and that it was first she was hearing of this. Suggested I look under the bed and in closet for the box. Not helpful or friendly..”

“Loved the 4 mile beach!!! The outside deck is in need of paint, inside is all renovated and is very nice except the floors are all sloping and uneven. Would suggest having some blankets it was chilly. Love the ocean side view and sound of waves!!!”

“It was our first time staying beach side and this little bungalow offered so much. You really can’t beat the location. Though in the more active area of the island, it was quiet and peaceful. The space was very cozy, perfect for two or ideal for a small family.”

“Back door and deck look right out onto the surf, all the way across. At first glance, third floor walk-up seems small for 5 people, but it’s very open and well-designed. Super clean. Crowded neighborhood only down-side; best eating for us was in nearby historic Newburyport”

“My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was clean and had games to play if that's your sort of thing. Located right off of Main Street, Stoneham so made getting around super easy. Restaurants and convenience store within walking distance. The host was super attentive and always responded quickly to our questions. Would surely recommend to others.”

“Cozy spot to stay if you are headed to Manchester! Nicely decorated home, very clean and welcoming. Perfect if you want to be close to walking around downtown to all the shops and eateries. Communication with the host was top notch- highly recommend!”
