I love staying at IHG hotels, but this was by far and away the worst of them. I was told my room would be available early. I ended up showing up 40 minutes after check in and the room still wasn’t ready. When I got to the room, there was what looked like the outline of a dirty glass on the bathroom counter. Additionally, the front staff argued with me about an inability to access my IHG rewards account despite me doing this previously at other IHG hotels booked through Expedia. I expressed my frustration and was told I’d get a complimentary breakfast package that I didn’t receive. Also, my internet access code didn’t work, so at 3am I had to walk down to the lobby during which the elevator was flooded with some unknown liquid. The guy was clueless and ultimately had to log me into the staff WiFi because he couldn’t figure it out. The suite was fine aside from the dirty sink counter, but the staff is really what makes this place terrible. They were not friendly, helpful, and straight up made false claims directly to my face. Truly an awful experience and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Neg: lingering old tobacco smell in room Pos: everything else! Flex room and the pool were pluses with a kid. Great deal on breakfast - $30 worth of freshly cooked food for $16. Staff was awesome.
